Yeah, I think you're better off using Arealight's Twi'lek heads, or waiting until the official one from TLC comes out. No offense, but this looks really messed up.

Nah, don't wait just keep trying. Try and try again.

What did you use to make it? I can send you a link to something some of the AFoL use to make there stuff.

I will be doing some of my own helmets soon too.

Also please remember a person just doesn't sculpt the head, you need to carve and sand it down to make it perfect, so this isn't a total loss unless it IS play dough then you wont be able to shape it right.

Get some sand paper, some carving tools and whittle away at this thing.

I used femo for the head. And before you ask, its almost the same as playdough

The head does look pretty messed up... Maybe put more details on it and make it smaller.
